There has been a monstrous amount of evidence to show how incredibly poorly the Dem's have handled crime for decades, yet.... the citizens are paralyzed and incapable of learning from that evidence and change their ways. . Some people must truly hit the rockiest of all rock bottoms, before they wake up. Chicago is very clearly just such a local.
