Texas taxpayers were growing tired of Abbott using their tax dollars to provide free transportation to immigrants once they crossed the border. If you think 200k a month is alot. Wait till the cartels start advertising free transportation once immigrants cross into the 🇺🇸.

  13.  @monibert4486  Fuzzy math Monami. 200k a month = 2.4 million Annually In May of 2020 early in the pandemic there were fewer than 20k apprehensions By September the numbers had risen to 70k apprehensions. By January 2021 it was 130k. And has since risen to 200k plus a month. Rule 42 put in place by 45's administration turns back all apprehensions to their country of origin. That still applies with the exception of unaccompanied minors and families with sponsors.

  14.  @monibert4486  wrong. As the pandemic showed signs of winding down 46 made the decision to end rule 42. Afterall it was put in place due to the pandemic. The decision was contested by the state of Texas I believe and was ruled on to remain in place pending further litigation.
