@panchonelson3573 Wasn't that the agreement ? The US withdraws. And the Afgan military carries on the fight. We're we supposed to go home and take all our toys with us ? If you have a problem with that maybe you should lay blame where it lies, With the administration that brokered the withdrawal.

@justind6039 well Justin. The administration set August 31st as the final day of the withdrawal. The announcement came in early July. Almost 2 months in advance. You can't drag people to the airport and put them on an aircraft forcing them to leave the country. 125k were evacuated. The ones that were left behind have Noone to blame but themselves. And they understand that. It's the armchair quaterbacks glued to Faux news that blamed Biden.
