  1. yea, its a hate crime, the officers statements are not much different from other press conferences i have seen, not all, but some others where the suspect is white or black or whatever. he was answering questions that were asked, such as what were the suspects motives. they cant simply state that it was racially motivated because that could tamper a jury and get this guy off the hook because the police painted him as a racist and contaminated the jury pool before completing an investigation and jury selection. convictions have been overturned and thrown out before due to jury bias, so this cop simply answered the questions with the information he had. but noooo, claim its racism right off the start and claim the cops are defending him and blame Trump. im happy to know Trump owns real estate in your head free of charge.
