  2.  @travr6  "A large portion of Americans hate America" I think that is: 1-an emotion that can be changed 2-somewhat of a perception of the over-amplification of a few whiners Politics is driven by few people, a small percentage of the population gets involved in politics, even at a very simple level I remember one thing my professor at university told me, long time ago: "About 3% of the population are actively engaged in politics, they decide everything for everyone." So it's like the old saying, "The squeaky wheel gets the grease." Dave is a squeaky wheel, for the good side. That's why I like him.
