  2. How is he the ''first Black minister of Wales''. When he clearly is not ''Black'' first of all. He is Welsh and Zambian origins so he is the first minister of Wales with a mixed heritage and of half Zambian roots. What is ''Black'' ? So if he was half Chinese or Korean would we say he is the first ''Yellow'' minister of Wales. His father is Welsh and mother Zambian so he of mixed heritage.
