  1. What sort of logic is it by this Barr character that the Senate just decided to change the US Constitution? I just looked up the 4 ways it can be changed, and a simply majority vote in the Senate alone is most certainly NOT one of them. I'm thinking there would be a 5th way to the quite deliberately difficult to execute ones I saw listed, and that would be a new Supreme Court interpretation. A change, but not a change so to speak.
