Reliable identification methods, BS. It's called common sense. If it looks like a dangerous breed, treated like a dangerous breed, and behaves like a dangerous breed, it IS a dangerous breed. Just when was the last time someone was attacked by the family Labradoodle.

Wikipedia maintains a register of fatal US dog attacks for each year. All someone has to do is scan down the list showing the bred of dog, to see the same small handful of breeds OVER, and OVER, and OVER again.

@nmotschidontwannagivemyrea8932 Utter nonsense. Certain breeds are naturally vicious, others naturally placid. I know a lady who got a Doberman and she NEVER treated the dog badly, yet it was vicious and eventually had to be put down. In this case she wasn't strong enough or skilled enough to be able to control the dog. Same story with someone who owned a Weimaraner. Dog had to be kept constantly on the chain. Would attack any stranger. And dogs didn't even need to be big. Chihuahua, Cocker Spaniel, Pekingese, and Jack Russell etc are all breeds with a natural tendency to attack both people and other dogs for ZERO reason (other than their aggressive small 'man' syndrome).

@nmotschidontwannagivemyrea8932 Whatever you say. A Pitbull is no more vicious that a Labrador. Do you realise just how stupid such a statement is, probably not.

It IS true that the dog people own is a reflection of the owner. You ever see a 'little olde lady' owning a pitt bull?
