  1. Kerry, clearly you new strategy is to try and reduce transmission by increasing the vaccination rate among mobile people in the suburbs of concern. If you want to successfully sell this strategy, how about providing the science behind it. For example: What is the % reduction in the chance of a person with just one jab contracting covid? What is the % reduction of a single jab vaccinated person passing on covid? (please don't tell me its any more than 40%) How long do you estimate it will take to get enough of the target people a single jab? Not the theoretical time, the practical time e.g. people reluctant, etc, etc. How mature and solid is the science behind the above key aspects? Without this information, can you understand why a cynic might think your new strategy has next to zero chance of materially making any difference.
