  1. Under what circumstances does a business, institution, or government agency have a legal right to demand access to someones health records? Answer, none. This whole issue is a MASSIVE evasion of privacy and a significant erosion of civil liberties. To even be serious discussing it is highly offensive. Any politician, regardless of political persuasion that supports this initiative should find themselves unemployed at the next election. This issue is WAY bigger and more important than party politics, it is the next step in the serious erosion of basic freedoms that has been occurring for some time.
