  1. So any smart owner of the 'resource' e.g Australia, should develop, dig up, and sell as much coal, oil, gas as it possibly can in whatever time-frame is left for the resource to have value. Put the government royalties from this into a national wealth fund to smooth the transition at some point in the distant future, or plow a percentage of it into nuclear now.
