  2. ANY politician that commits to a net-zero carbon emission by 2050 has ZERO credibility. They have zero credibility as that goal is impossible. Well not unless you are prepared to largely eliminate all human habitation of the country. Scott Morrison at least maintains some credibility at present refusing to bow to this utter nonsense. Sign up to it to appease a bunch of overseas and MSM elite 'wokes', in the knowledge you may not even be alive in 2050, let alone still in office to be held accountable for not getting to this unachievable goal, and whatever shred of credibility Scott has with domestic supporters will go down the toilet.

  3. I'd love to see a viable detailed plan for how a country like Australia could EVER possibly get to net zero carbon emissions in less than 30 year time. Not using completely unproven theoretical means, using current technologies or proven viable technologies as yet to be implemented. I've never seen one, or anything even vaguely resembling a viable broad, let alone detailed, plan. How something is going to be achieved should be a mandatory requirement put before the Australian voters before ANY talk of making a commitment to it.
