The 'health status' is far more informative. While age is somewhat of a crude proxy for 'health status' it can be highly misleading. A 30 year old morbidly obese chain smoker with type 2 diabetes and chronic cardiovascular disease is WAY more likely to fall foul of covid than a 80 year old 'fit as a mallee bull' non drinker health fanatic who routinely competes in triathlons.

@T.M.... For the period 26 November to January 1 (basically the month of December 2021) there were 34 deaths reported "from" covid in NSW. Source: Latest NSW Weekly Covid-19 Surveillance Report, Week 52. Of this 32 people .... 22 were fully vaccinated, 3 partially vaccinated, 7 unvaccinated, 2 under investigation. Of those 34 people who died in December in NSW, 2 were aged between 60-69, 9 were aged between 70-79, 14 were aged between 80-89, and 9 were aged over 90.

@T.M.... What I realize is you are trying to misrepresent the data to try and drive some agenda you have. The percentage of the NSW population vaccinated is TOTALLY irrelevant. The only number in that regard that counts is the percentage of the VULNERABLE population vaccinated/unvaccinated. And then you need to know of those who died, who died FROM v WITH covid. The person with terminal cancer whose's death may have been brought forward by a week because of a VERY mild covid infection, is that really a 'we should all panic' situation. It is the health authorities who deliberately hide as much useful information as they can to, like you, push a fear driven pro vaccine agenda. About all one can say from the publicly published data is that people dying WITH covid are very elderly, and the overwhelming majority of those are fully vaccinated. That was always going to be the case, and always will be.

Two years into this mess, and in response to public demands for more detail on the health status of people who are reported as dying 'from covid' ...... and Kerry has to go away and work on this matter. FFS! After 2 years such information should be at her fingertips and being made available to her by her department on say a weekly basis. This again highlights the complete incompetence of the woman and her team. Not only would such information be highly insightful to the public to allow them to more accurately access the risks of covid (governments can't be trusted), it should be the driver behind a massive high profile public health campaigns to try and address these preventable root-cause healthy risks e.g. obesity and its associated type 2 diabetes, cardio vascular disease. All easily preventable and reversible health risks. But no, just "get vaccinated".
