The ONLY difference between the construction and hospitality industries from a business perspective is the greater militancy of those in the construction industry. If anything someone in the hospitality industry with weekly rent that has to be paid even if closed, actually does it tougher that a bricklayer or carpenter who just parks up the truck. Both have zero income, but the expenses continue for the person in the hospitality industry.

No, people aren't getting vaccinated because there are excessively long wait times, inconvenient vaccination locations, a larger percentage of over 60's who don't want the AstraZenica vaccine, and the stupid government stunt of telling people they had to wait 12 weeks between AstraZenica 'jabs'.
