I've never been impressed by this Tom Connell character (he wouldn't be out of place working at the ABC) and his comments about it being cancelled due to "an abundance of caution" and his concern for "misinformation" just add to that impression. Tom .... it was cancelled and many millions of dollars thrown down the drain, because it was a dud. End of story.

Actually I not sure that is strictly true. It's my understanding that just like someone who's had an Influenza vaccine, they can still carry the virus even if their body is able to effectively combat it. So in theory they can still probably still pass it on, even though with a much lower possibility due to not having a high viral load.
