  1. What on earth makes people think migrants want to go live in regional and remote towns. They don't. The only way it has an effect on regional communities is because the pressure migrants put on the major population centers forces young Australians out and into the regions, where they can join the low socioeconomic masses there already struggling to survive in these limited employment situations.
