My opinion as to what's happening . The Special Council report is part of the Democrat process to justify and force Joe Biden to not stand again. The comments in the report about being an 'old man' etc, while accurate, ARE totally inappropriate and unprofessional for such a document. The deliberate choice to write these comment in that manner, by people fully experienced in writing appropriate formal reports, can only have one purpose. Provide justification to push Joe Biden from office.
