  1. Craig, the "underlying issue" of congestion in hospitals, housing shortages, congested roads, etc, etc, IS unstainable migrant levels. You can work left-wing socialist spin all you want, but that IS the reason.

  2. Craig, the "root-cause" of inefficiency, waste of taxpayer money, etc, in the public health system is no different to EVERYTHING that government does. By its very design and nature, EVERYTHING that a bloated top heavy government bureaucracy does will always by inefficient, ill directed, and highly wasteful. It something socialists either don't understand, or don't want to as they are often the beneficiaries of this waste e.g employed in the bloated public service.
