The man was NOT an Australian citizen as he didn't qualify for citizenship due to routinely flying back and forth between Australia and India to 'manage' a hotel (owned a hotel would seem more likely). It would appear he wasn't lacking medical attention, passing away in a "small private hospital".

  2. I don't think anyone can be certain the man had covid. NONE of the media's direct quotes taken from the womans Facebook post state words to the effect 'my farther was suffering from covid'. The media just seem to add that bit, source unknown, and we all know are good the media at embellishing stories. I've tried to find the original Facebook post to see what the daughter actually said, and as the reporter stated, it has now been deleted.
