If a clearer 'voice' of aboriginal people is need in Canberra simply sack the current Minister for Indigenous Affairs, Linda Burney (she owns 7 houses so won't starve) and undertake a 'root and branch' review of the $4.6 Billion a year, 1300 employee National Indigenous Australians Agency. Find out why it is ineffective in meeting its current charter of advising the Minister and Prime Minister on all matters affecting aboriginal people, and make the necessary changes. Problem solved.
