  1. I'm still trying to figure what from September 1 will stop Queensland people driving ANYWHERE in NSW or the ACT. They are extending the Qld Boarder Zone well down into the Norther Rivers region, but what is going to stop Queensland's simply driving further South, visit Sydney if they wish. Surely the NSW police aren't going to enforce Queensland's rulings, and Queensland police have no jurisdiction in NSW to police their rules. So in practice from September 1 Queensland people it seems to me Queensland people will be free to move back and forth at will anywhere in NSW and the ACT ...... but people from those states can't go to Queensland. These 'rules' just get sillier by the day.
