  2.  @gjssjg  Not quite true, because if challenged the person doing that would have to provide evidence of that 'truth' which ASIO or whoever hold the files would be reluctant to release. However, the person can be freely named in parliament under parliamentary privilege.

  3. Story would probably be a complete fizzer if we were told exactly what secret was betrayed. Is there anything of interest that the Chinese wouldn't already know, or even care about.
