  1. Leaving incompetent Albanese out of the issue, yes 4 year FIXED terms. It is absolutely ridiculous that the political party in power can call an election at a time that improves their chances the most. It should be a fixed date which never changes (other than the most extreme circumstances when the GG would then intervein), so that neither side can gain an advantage from the 'system'.
