You're running around the country telling everyone its critical to success, even threatening to hold restrictions if people don't download it, and you have ZERO idea what level of download is really required to make it theoretical work. Basically you have no idea if it'll even work at all. So really just a bit of smoke and mirrors to fool the punters into thinking you know what your doing.
