If I was a betting man, I'd back the bloke is found not guilty. She doesn't know what happened, there is no evidence of what happened, and the bloke says 'nothing happened'. Just leaving her in the office passed out and vomiting makes the guy an a-hole, but its not a crime.

They were both staff members and had security clearance passed to the office. Their return back to the office wouldn't be unusual to security staff as working back late at night would be a common occurrence.

Regardless of this clearly prejudicial comment by Scott Morrison to the bloke getting a fair trial, my understanding of the facts of the case, at least those made public, is if the bloke gets a fair trial he is most likely to be found not guilty. She can't actually remember what occurred being so drunk, there is no evidence of what occurred (other than she had vomited), and the bloke says 'nothing occurred'.
