Rita as always spot on. But the reality is that it is your media mates who have primarily created the problem. The media has for the past 2 year peddled unscientific fear non stop, and done nothing to keep politicians in check doing the same. And some of the worst offenders are your work mates, Chris Smith and Denika De Giorgio being among the worst of them.

So in effect what your saying is Novak would be wise to become a 'sheep' like yourself and just do whatever he is told, regardless of whether it has any medical or scientific reasoning. That he doesn't is perhaps why he is a very rich person, living in luxury with MILLIONS of followers worldwide, supremely fit and health. Where has you attitude got you in comparison?

No, the mistake on his visa application had no bearing on the matter. It wasn't a reason given by the Minister, and it was not mentioned in the written court submissions from either side to the court appeal. It was not mentioned in verbal submissions during the appeal (I watched it all live). He was deported solely because his assumed thoughts in relation to vaccination were different to government policy and as such MAY create civil disorder. These are the FACTS. Perhaps its you with the agenda.

@floydnotpink No, it wasn't ever a point as the matter was so TRIVIAL. Only of interest to trivial minds and the media. The notion that he was deported for reasons other than what was explained by the Minister, debated in court, or ruled on by the judges ...... makes the country look even more a Banana Republic that it is.
