@Joe Shabidu All very good, IF someone bought at the low price, and is able to pick the peak and sell. A 'paper profit' is essentially NOTHING. And you can do EXACTLY the same thing on the share market. So why isn't everyone getting rich of the more predictable share market index up and downs? Because its virtually impossible to pick market lows and highs. And that's in a VASTLY more predictable share market. As Bitcoin is PURE speculative gambling (as nothing real is being traded) no one can predict the price direction (either short or long term). No one. In 5 years time a Bitcoin could be worthless, could be worth a million dollars. Pure gambling, certainly not 'investing'.
