@lehawk100 To ask how was Andrews responsible shows you know little about the subject. There was no complain to initiate the police investigation, the normal police process. The Victorian police went out looking for people who could have some 'dirt' on Pell. This is not gossip, it is an indisputable fact. Now who would be the person who would have initiated that instruction to field police "go dig up some dirt on the high profile head of the the Catholic Church in Australia". The local station sergeant? Nope. The Police Commissioner? No way without instruction from the Police Minister. So would the Police Minister have issued such an instruction without discussion and approval from the Premier, Dan Andrews. Absolutely!

@lehawk100 Noticed you didn't address the explanation I provided, that Dan Andrews would have been the ONLY person possible to approve the instruction to Victorian police to go out and actively hunt for 'dirt' on the head of the Catholic Church in Australia. No other person in the government of the day or police force would have taken such a controversial decision on their own. But you aren't interested in facts. You simple want to spew your vile. Why did Victorians re-elect Andrews? Because a significant percentage are clearly stupid.

@lehawk100 Your linked document proves NOTHING, only you are the dummy. That Victoria Police instigated a task force to investigate George Pell and try and find evidence of wrongdoing is a FACT. The alter boy was identified by that police taskforce.

@lehawk100 How did they find him: "MARCH 2013 - Victoria police launched an investigation named Operation Tethering to find possible "unreported serious crimes" committed by Pell. The existence of the probe first was made public on March 28, 2018, when Pell's counsel interviewed Victoria police detectives during the final week of Pell's committal hearing." Give up, you've made enough of a fool of yourself already.

@lehawk100 Take note of the following in the ABC article "Detective Superintendent Sheridan agreed that there was a search for potential complainants and that no-one came forward until more than a year after the police investigation had begun." P.S. You've actually made my night. I just love showing up narrow minded clowns like you. Thanks.
