I'd like one of these 'experts' to explain if ALL the major item groups which are used to calculate the CPI and represent virtually all most people weekly outlays e.g rent, food, electricity, etc. are running WAY over 4.1% (closer to 6-8%) ......... how can the calculated total possibly be 4.1%.
