  1. We now know for absolute certain that vaccinated people still test positive to covid based on the PCR test. So if lock downs are based on reported case numbers, then Australia (well Victoria) will NEVER emerge from a cycle of continuous lock-downs (as vaccinated people will always be testing positive). Look at the UK, already reporting over 50% of people fully vaccinated, yet the rate of reported cases (which really means positive PCR tests) is currently rising. The whole basis of using reported cases is now TOTALLY flawed (if it ever had any merit). The basis of is there a problem MUST shift to hospitalization rates.
