This is a 41 minute interview, Joanna is talking about a particular issue, not her personal life, so how do you actually know that she isn't "Trying to fix the problem" in private life. And actually the very fact that she is putting the information about what's going on out there into the world, she IS "Trying to fix" the "Problem" by being proactive and making people aware that might not know about it, of which there must be lots ...

@mrror8933 The specific gripe that user 'James' has is that, she wasn't "Trying" to 'fix the problem', I pointed out that she was "Trying". Whether it 'fixes anything is irrelevant to the point in relation to the exchanges here ...
