Not sure how the EU is even related to the energy crisis, in fact, you have to wonder how it would be without the EU as I suspect being more divided would make us weaker.
As for the end of the EU, well we've heard that story countless times from people that hope it will be but it never seems to happen, in fact I find the EU seems to do best when in a crisis.
But I do think the EU and it's members need to get tougher on energy, especially with Russia and also need to speed up it's renewable plans, the good news is, these kinds of things usually speed up that process, nuclear could also be another short-term solution.
I also think the EU should have counter measures for when the likes of Russia plays games, basically, make it crystal clear to them that there are consequences for their actions.
Countries like Russia only respond to tough action and I think it's high time the EU and it's members start to hit them where it hurts.
Also, why is it that when there is any crisis, it's an end of the EU scenario? The UK should be more concern with the UK union because there is a real risk of that falling apart thanks to Brexit and the Tories.
