Recent polling in Russia, that's a good one lol, considering the government more or less controls everything in Russia, those polls don't mean anything and will always spin it in favour of Putin.
The truth is, we don't really know what the views of the Russian people are on Putin and this war, what we do know is that more people seem to be rising up in protest against the war, so much so that Putin came up with some tough laws of 10, 15 years prison terms for people that protest or tell the truth about the war, that's the biggest indicator that enough people are rising up against Putin for that kind of law to come in but if I was Russian, that law alone would tell me something is up and that the government is lying, imagine in a western country that the government tries to punish you for speaking the truth and protesting, especially with a 15 year prison term, that would alarm most people that something is wrong, that the government is lying about something and that they don't want the truth to come out.
The brain drain could be a real problem for Russia long term, they can't afford to be losing well-educated young Russians, many of which are heading towards EU countries, Russia already has a declining population problem, this is likely going to make things worse with younger people leaving and the economic harm that's happening in Russia.
