I go for further integration and not because of wanting it or anything like that but because of geo-political and economics around the world.
Basically, I feel that if Europeans want to protect their economic, political and social interest, they are going to have to band together a lot more than we already have in a world that is being dominated by big powers like the US and China.
If we don't do that, I suspect it will become harder for us to protect our interest on all 3 fronts, we are already seeing signs with a Brexit UK with how the US is wanting to water down food standards, open up access to the NHS and countless other things, the US is trying that because they are seeing weakness with the UK being out of the EU and want to take advantage of that, in other words, without the EU, the US would likely pick off European countries one by one to open up it's markets to the US at their advantage, further US interest and weaken social standards in Europe.
So I don't look at the EU on liking or disliking it, I look at it as something us Europeans need if we want to protect our intrest or we will get sidelined and that will make it more difficult to protect a lot of what we value in Europe like social standards, health care, workers rights, food standards and countless other things.
The UK could be an interesting case to watch with how other countries treat them after Brexit.
