  1. The question is WHY have working class white boys been left behind. Could it be discrimination i.e. more resources aimed at BAME ?

  2.  @stoufer2000  If you said that about BAME you would be in the shit wouldn't you. But because they are white it's ok ? When a child grows up in an impoverished low income environment with no encouragement, no matter how bright or otherwise he or she may be they will always be at a disadvantage and no-one will allocate any special resources in their direction because they are NOT deemed to be part of a minority which seems to get special privileges just for being so. .
