  1. Why is Dr Alan Billings, South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner, doing his best to pooh, pooh this report ? Shouldn't he be alarmed that the abuse is still going on ? Shouldn't he be breathing down the necks of his senior police officers ? Or is he afraid of what they will find and the whole lot of them will look like cover up specialists. And do you think unreserved apologies make everything OK Dr. Billings you piece of work ?
