  2.  @southerncomfort7490  Aren't we all mixed race ? Is there such a thing as a " pure " race ? As for the " travelling " community many of them are just drop outs in search of an alternative life style. If I were to criticise one of them it might be on the basis of their lifestyle and habits and not on the colour of their skin or ethnicity. And insulting someone is an emotive perception ( like taking offence ) and very difficult to define in law.
