  1. You need to go nuclear OZ. Because, if you interfere when China attacks Taiwan, they only need to nuke one of your cities and you are out of it. Meanwhile the West, if it wants to defend Taiwanese democracy, had better undertake some serious exercises in local waters. But I suspect sleepy Joe is not even sure where Taiwan is.
