  1. Not surprised at the attitude of the staff. If you've seen the videos of the discourteous, rude, bad mannered ( many of them foreign ) tourists and how they harass the King's Guards you might be a bit more understanding. And why was there so much litter under the tables and around the refreshment area ? The tourists, of course.
