  1. Congress amended the 25th Amendment, near the end of President Trump's term. I remember Pelosi stating this wasn't being done because of Trump. Truth be told, it was done because of Biden's cognitive decline, which is now on fast forward.

  2. If he is incapable of answering random questions, he is incapable of performing his job. Congress reworded the 25th Amendment just for this current situation.
