@briansharvill1794 Section 2, Paragraph 5 EXTENDS the numbers of days, and hours of early voting in each county, adding Saturdays and Sundays early voting in each county. Section 2, Paragraph 6, adds uniformity of infusion of grant funding for each county. Therefore, ELIMINATING political advantage of certain counties over other counties in distribution of grant funding.

Pennsylvania is a totally separate state, and has no bearing on the topic at hand. If you choose to continue posting on this thread, do so in your own words. @briansharvill1794 Once your original rant about SB 202 hurting primarily racial counties, was disproven. You now say that equal distribution of grant funding by county population is wrong as well. FYI - Counties that are primarily black will receive more grant funds under SB 202, than they previously did. Also, you have taken extreme literary license, by misrepresenting the wording and intent of the wording in each and every Paragraph and Section you have taken issue with. In other words, you myopically, skew the intent of the language of this bill to suit your needs. SMH, OAOA!

@briansharvill1794 In the months and weeks leading up to the 2020 presidential election thousands of US counties waived their requirements to provide photo ID. Clearly this is more than erosion. This was erasure.

@jefferydixson527 You are severely wrong on all your allegations that voter fraud was non existent in the 2020 presidential election. Also several instances of people voting in multiple locations, and casting ballots under other people's names, occurred during the 2020 election. You have many times taken literary license to skew to wording of SB 202 to fit your agenda and opinions. You are doing exactly the same with, erosion/erasure of the picture ID requirement.Which BTW, has been permanently removed by thousands of US counties. You seem confused and arguementative on many topics. BTW..... You still have not provided how SB 202 violates the US Constitution, like you claim it does.

The only way to assure the integrity of our elections, is to require identification before being allowed to cast a ballot. This is not racist. This is only about securing the integrity and validity of the ballots cast. The left is power hungry. You shouldn't feed the bear that is threatening you, your family, your ability to provide for your family, and your standard of living. Let that bear wander off into oblivion.

Eroding the voter ID requirement is doing nothing to secure the validity, and integrity of US elections. Each state is given the right to legislate voting laws by the Constitution and Bill of Rights, which these documents also forbid the federal government from controlling each states legislation process, unless they violate the US Constitution.
