  4. OMG, fred smith, accounting errors are a misdemeanor, not a felony. Ledger mistakes must be tied to another crime to make them a felony. Bragg stated he did not have to name a crime to escalate accounting errors to a felony. You seem to be the one suffering for poor reading comprehension.
