@mexesrexes4495 and u just proved my point, ur a propagandist. And no, putin didn't, all countries around russia suffer the same fate of having "separatists" which is a darn coincidence. Also, its a known fact that these were started by putin cause he lost control over ukraine and thus menaced his control over gas prices or monopoly over sales.
