@Bipolar_Bear7774 no, america does something very counter productive: it very fast passes on power to nationals having litle to no power over the civil life. If they were a bit more fascist and imposed some for of foreign temporary rule in first stage of ocupation than that would be possible, but they don't as it isn't their objective.

@Bipolar_Bear7774 it didn't. The estimates of the 90's were of more than 50% of women dying in child birth. Analphabetism and iliteracy were the rule. The biggest concern of the taliban was forbiding watching tv and beards not food and economy. This is in the 90's and that's where afghanistan is heading. Ofcourse u can always defend them and be a hipocritical tankie, there are lots of those trolling the net nowadays.
