It's also possible that the economic problem will make it impossible for klepto to continue, add that to being blamed and a part of the whole sistem with guns will feel the discontent and voilá. There is an universal rule that kleptos moove when their source of "income" is under attack.

@ChR1St0p4eR that would be true if 1 artilary was precise in targeting (it hasn't been, russia suffered a lot of friendly fire) and 2 if artlary was consistent (it isn't, it has diminished).
