  1. It's not sanctions, aid and rescue can't reach cause access is being blocked. As the clip explained, assad regime is exactly wanting that, to have sanctions lifted so he can buy non-aid stuff in desguise as aid stuff. If u didn't understood that or if u still want to blender the subjects, u are doing politics on the backs of quake victims just like assad is.
