@AahFukIt sudan biggest oil buyer (and most of it comes from south sudan) is china. Most military stuff u can relate to egipt. Usa presence is just related to stuff in suez canal, aka trade. Usa presence didn't stop the present civil war nor the 2 previous ones. But let's pretend usa has any interest in sudanese oil.
