  4. It's very easy to point the fingers but Brasil has a big chunck of the population that survive in informal jobs. You can't lock people in countries dependent on the earnings day by day. If it was a president of another political colour the problem would be the same in the end.

  5. Of what? He didn't deny he just diminished it. He wasn't the first to do it. The panic could do much worst. With or without the president position it was a doomed situation anyways. It's Brasil, it is always like that.

  12. I think it's a yes and no kind of situations. I mean what they are asking is planed parenthood which was always a policy problem in Brasil. But these oficials are trying by directing the information towards women because it's them who have the bigger ability to avoid pregnancy in the end. But I don't think they'll listen anyways. It's Brasil and a big portion of the population has a disconnected reality.
