Elena D lol no, it's about not allowing ukrain to explore its natural ressources, anulling competition. Who told u boots weren't on the ground? They aren't oficially, and not as a full force but... we have no idea of what really is going on.

Elena D basicly yes, it was the oligarchs way to keep soviets control and monopoly of gas and oil business. It's about the location of gas pipes and gas shells etc. Also, ports, without the black sea russia is pretty much land locked and not worthy of trades as the likes of Brics.

@thomaslunde5014 whatever they claim is mute. The war was already declared by russia, they just font use the word. Nato, on the other hand, strategy wise uses something called brains. So.... In the interest of exchanging ideas lets not use russia's propaganda as frame for anything.
