  2. They don't really have one. Thing is the gangs and politicians have conections (as far as alegations I read). Their own leaders don't represent them. Without a team leader and a working team no advances can be made.

  3. ​ @BeeKaychick1  debt has been payed in 1940. That's a long while ago. Lots of countries started with huge debts and all odds against them but they made it work. Blaming on a debt (albeit an unfair one) only helps the ones who made this mess, cause it excuses them of their responsabilities.
